Anti Dumping Duty - Refund Opportunities for Footwear Importers

In a recent judgment the ECI held that four Chinese footwear exporters should have been subject to a reduced rate of anti-dumpting duty.  Consequently, businesses which have incurred duty on imports from these exporters should be entitled to refunds of overpaid tax.
